Booking
We will need to know the date of your party as soon as possible so either Mark or Simon can reserve the date in their diaries. To hold this date a £50 reservation fee is payable at the time of booking. Contact us for a booking form. We can either post this out to you or email it if you prefer.

If you know the number of people attending, or have a good idea of the numbers, you can let us know on the booking form. We also ask if you can indicate the time you would like us to arrive. (Please allow us a minimum of 30 minutes to set up).  

We understand that the number of guests may change at the last minute - Therefore we ask that 7 days prior to your party, you could please confirm the exact number to us in order to calculate the final party cost. If there are more at the party involved in the photo shoot than the number confirmed, you will be charged for them.

If there are less guests than indicated on the booking form AND you have NOT confirmed the reduced number 7 days before the party you MAY be charged for the original number of guests on the booking form at our discretion.

The full fee will be due when we finish shooting your party before we leave.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel your party for whatever reason, earliest notice is appreciated. A refund on the booking fee will be given if you cancel with more than 21 days notice. If you cancel with less than 21 days notice and we cannot re-book the party date, no refund will be given. We will, however, be happy to re-book your party for another date.

In exceptional circumstances, we will consider waiving the no refund with less than 21 days notice.

We also insist that there is at least one parent present during the course of the Model Photo Shoot party at all times.
