Booking...

I will need to know the date of your party as soon as possible so I can reserve the date in my diary. To hold this date a £50 reservation fee is payable at the time of booking. Contact me for a booking form. I can either post this out to you or email it if you prefer. Alternatively you can complete the on line booking form, print it out and post back to me. (Please confirm with me the planned date of your party first to make sure I am available If using the on line booking form)

If you know the number of people attending, or have a good idea of the numbers, you can let us know on the booking form. I also ask if you can indicate the time you would like us to arrive. (Please allow me a minimum of 30 minutes to set up).

I understand that the number of guests may change at the last minute - Therefore we ask that 7 days prior to your party, you could please confirm the exact number to us. If there are more at the party involved in the photo shoot than the number confirmed, you will be charged for them.

The full fee will be due when we finish shooting your party before we leave.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel your party for whatever reason, earliest notice is appreciated. A refund on the booking fee will be given if you cancel with more than 21 days notice. If you cancel with less than 21 days notice and we cannot re-book the party date, no refund will be given. I will, however, be happy to re-book your party for another date.

In exceptional circumstances, we will consider waiving the no refund with less than 21 days notice.

I also insist that there is one parent present during the course of the Model Photo Shoot party at all times.
